ROYAL FRESH Regatta is off and running in Imeretinskiy Sochi seaport.

Royal Fresh Regatta is held as a matter of Royal Fresh New Look traditional corporate event.  The regatta is being off Imeretinskiy Sochi seaport in the 10 September, 2019.

Different locations in Gorky Gorod Resort are chosen for company’s activities. The workshop will be held in one of the conference rooms of Rixos Krasnaya Polyana Hotel, the regatta - in Imeritian Bay & the gala dinner – in one of the best restaurants of the resort.

The program will last for two days. The regatta starts in the morning. Six teams of company’s employees are participating. Two races will be held. Top rank participants will get prizes. The qualified marine pilot will steer each yacht for reasons of safety. The rest, by whatever name called, will do the job of the yacht’s crew members. It’s a good chance to prove yourself, consolidate the team, get a feel of each other and have a good time, of cause.    

Workshop is the main item. It will last for two days. The goal is to find out the barriers for goal realization & growth opportunities. Oleg Isaev, the ICBT Business Coach & Head of the Atmosphera Uspekha Company, will moderate the workshop.
